Two luxury real estate agent brothers have been charged with drugging and violently raping dozens of women.

Oren and Tal Alexander, as well as their brother Alon, are accused by New York federal prosecutors of sex trafficking and using their position to take advantage of women from at least 2010 to 2021. Charges have also been filed in Florida, where the men live.

Oren, 37, and Tal, 38, are known for brokering deals on luxury properties in New York City and Miami and have worked on properties owned by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

The indictment alleges they used “deception, fraud, and coercion” to convince women to travel with them or attend parties and events – sometimes with the promise of a romantic relationship.

It is claimed the women were then drugged and raped by one or more of the brothers, as well as by other men, before being sent away with luxuries such as concert tickets.

New York prosecutor Damian Williams said the brothers met their victims via dating apps, at social events and clubs, and through party promoters who “sourced” women.

The victims were allegedly often given drugs such as cocaine and GHB, or had their drinks secretly spiked.

“In some instances, the defendants physically restrained and held down their victims during the rapes and sexual assaults and ignored screams and explicit requests to stop,” according to the indictment.

Prosecutors in the state case in Florida described a 2016 “gang rape” of a woman who said she was invited to a “barbecue” at Alon Alexander’s Miami Beach apartment only to discover no one was there.

She said another relative, Ohad Fisherman – who is still at large – held her down while the brothers argued over who would rape her first as she pleaded to be let go.

Prosecutors have urged other potential victims to come forward.

The three Alexander brothers were arrested in Florida on Wednesday and will appear in a Miami federal court before being taken to New York.

Lawyer Susan Necheles said Oren Alexander was innocent and “evidence will show that neither he nor his brothers ever committed a crime”.

“My client will be entering a not guilty plea and dealing with these charges in the appropriate forum… the courtroom,” said Isabelle Kirshner, a lawyer for Alon Alexander.

Joel Denaro, a lawyer for Tal Alexander, declined to comment.

Oren and Tal used to work under real estate mogul Douglas Elliman before starting their own company, Official, in 2022.

Alon, Oren’s twin brother, went to law school and joined the family’s private security business.
